"Welcome," Yoso Sensei greeted, bowing gently, their voice a warm soothing melody that resonated with the heart. The seeker, feeling an immediate sense of peace, bowed instinctively, sensing the depth of Yoso Sensei's presence. "Please, sit,", Yoso pointed at the cushion on the floor. "Breathe in slowly... feel the breath... feel it, expanding presence, in the body". "Breathe, embrace your breath until you become one with it... This is the practice... be one... with your breath". "if you connect, visualise the light radiating from the centre of your chest in all directions... to the infinite..." the Sensei intoned. As they attuned to their breathing, letting each breath reveal a vibration of peace alive in the centre of their being, the seeker felt a profound sensual connection beyond thoughts or expectations... Each breath felt like an endless journey, revealing the vastness within, a universe unto itself. "Breath is life" murmured Yoso Sensei. "Life itself is breath" with a smile on his face. "The Breath is what connects mind, heart, the body and the universe", "Breathing is not a word, it is an action", "It is when you breathe consciously that breath is all the mind needs..." The teachings gradually wove into the seeker's consciousness, revealing the interconnectedness of breath, body, and environment. Yoso Sensei spoke of the non-dualistic perspectives, transcending physical forms, and embracing the oneness of all existence. "Can you feel the ever expanding reality? The interconnectedness of all that exists?" The seeker felt a new sensation within.
